Begin with You
An Invitation into Self-Awareness, Energetic Renewal, and the Foundations of Conscious Care
Welcome. If you’ve found your way here, something within you already knows the importance of turning inward—of honoring your energy, reclaiming your rhythm, and creating space to care for yourself. The Self-Care Planning Pathway is the first step in our lineage of care. It is a place to begin again — with gentleness, honesty, and the intention to realign with your inner awareness and wisdom.
This pathway is designed for anyone ready to deepen their relationship with themselves. Whether you are just beginning or returning after burnout or transition, these offerings provide structure and support for creating a personalized, sustainable rhythm of care.
You will learn to:
Assess your relationship with self, others, and your community/environment
Track where your energy goes — and where it wants to grow
Build awareness of internal and external sources of depletion and restoration
Create a self-care plan aligned with your values and natural rhythms
Shift from surviving to self-sourcing
This is the foundation for all that follows.
Overview of the Self-Care Planning Pathway: The Self-Care Planning Pathway offers a clear progression designed to help you reconnect with your energy, clarify your values, and take empowered steps toward sustainable well-being:
Intro to Self-Care Planning — a short, accessible starting point that introduces foundational tools for mapping your energy and care rhythm.
Radical Self-Care Practitioner Series (10 weeks) — a deeper exploration of care as a conscious lifestyle, including boundary-setting, values alignment, and daily energy tracking.
Community Self-Care Circles — seasonal and ongoing group experiences that provide community, structure, and reflection.
Note on Pathway Flow: This pathway is one of two foundational starting points at TCFCC. You may begin with Intro to Self-Care Planning or with Intro to Reiki for Self-Care — or both. Each offers a distinct way of entering the work of conscious care. However, movement through the pathway follows a lineage-based model:
You must begin with the introductory course
Completion of the practitioner level is required before advancing to master-level or apprenticeship work
Once initiated in either path, you may cross over into the other and integrate both. In fact, you are encouraged to do so.
Closing Invitation: There is nothing more radical than learning to care for yourself in a world that teaches otherwise. This is not self-improvement — it is self-remembrance.
