Community Self-Care Circles

Group Gatherings for Connection, Support, and Sustainable Practice

Self-care is powerful — especially when practiced in community. These seasonal or ongoing circles offer a space to pause, reconnect, and recommit to your care. Through a variety of group practices, reflection, and shared rituals, you’ll experience the energy of being supported while supporting others on the journey.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Group practices and reflection sessions

  • A chance to revisit and update your self-care plan

  • Peer connection and encouragement

  • Space to celebrate growth and navigate challenges

  • Seasonally aligned themes and rituals

Format:

  • 60–90 minute virtual or in-person gatherings

  • Offered quarterly or on a seasonal rhythm

  • Open to past or current participants of self-care programs

Who This Is For: For anyone longing to heal, connect, and grow in a consciously caring space. Whether you are just beginning your self-care journey or are an experienced healer, these circles offer a space to be seen, supported, and spiritually nourished. We welcome:

  • caregivers, educators, and leaders seeking replenishment and reconnection with purpose

  • healing practitioners looking to deepen their energetic presence and serve in community

  • those navigating transition or transformation who are ready to be held as they reorient towards wholeness

  • seekers of soul and meaning who feel called to create a more caring world

  • alumni of our programs returning to ground their learning in ongoing community practice

Closing Invitation: These circles are here when you’re ready to return — to your practice, your people, and your deeper self.
