Self-Care Circles
Where Conscious Care Becomes
Community Practice
Self-Care Circles are the heart of our community practice at The Center for Conscious Care. These intimate, energy-aware gatherings offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and remember what matters. Rooted in presence, reciprocity, and shared intention, each circle is a living field — an opportunity to practice conscious care not just for yourself, but with and alongside others.
In a world that often values speed and self-sacrifice, Self-Care Circles invite a new way of being:
Where rest is respected
Presence is power
And care is the common currency
Whether you're holding space, being witnessed, or participating in a shared ritual, each circle strengthens your capacity for energetic stewardship — and helps weave a more consciously caring world.
What Happens in a Circle?
Every Self-Care Circle is unique, but you can expect:
Grounding practices (breathwork, meditation, or gentle movement)
Guided reflection or intention-setting
Energetic or somatic tools (e.g., Reiki, visualization, group coherence techniques)
Opportunities for sharing, listening, and witnessing
Rituals tied to seasons, moon cycles, or soul themes
Some circles are open to all; others are oriented around specific intentions or community identities.
Our Current Circles Include:
(Consider these as linked buttons or cards)
Reiki Shares – Practice and receive Reiki in a collective setting
Women’s Circle – A sacred container for feminine presence and power
Power of 8 Group Healing – Focused small-group healing through intention
Intentional Meditation Circles – Collective stillness and frequency-holding
Moon Rituals – Tending the inner tides in rhythm with lunar wisdom
Who Are These For?
You are welcome here.
Our circles are for anyone called to deepen their self-care journey, explore energetic connection, and be part of a community rooted in presence and shared growth.
No prior experience with energy work is required — just a willingness to show up authentically.
