It is best to get yourself ready before you begin as we jump right into the journey. Get yourself in a comfortable position and begin to settle down.

Begin gently closing your eyes and raise your gaze slightly and focus on your breathing. For three or four rounds draw the air in through your nose and hold then exhale slowly through your mouth. When you feel your body is relaxed you may begin, remembering to bring your gaze slightly up but with your eyes closed.
