Awaken to Energy

A Gentle Introduction to Reiki as a Daily Self-Care Practice

Reiki is a simple, hands-on energy practice that helps you feel more relaxed, grounded, and at ease in your body. In this pathway, you’ll learn how to use Reiki for your own self-care — to calm your nervous system, ease stress, and support your overall well-being. No prior experience needed — just a desire to feel better and reconnect with yourself.

In this foundational pathway, you’ll learn how to use Reiki for your own self-care. Through accessible practices and a gentle attunement, you will begin to sense, receive, and direct energy for your own well-being.

You will:

  • Receive a Reiki attunement to begin your self-care journey

  • Learn to cultivate a daily practice that restores your energy field and body

  • Work with your hands, breath, and intention to support healing

  • Learn the principles and ethics of Reiki as a care-based lineage

  • Build fluency in your body’s energetic signals and responses

This is not about fixing — it’s about listening.

Overview of the Reiki Pathway:

The Reiki Pathway offers a progression through three core levels of training, each one building upon the last:

  • Intro to Reiki for Self-Care — your entry point into Reiki practice for personal healing and daily balance.

  • Multidimensional Reiki Practitioner Certification (Level I & II; 12 week program) — where you learn to offer Reiki to others, establish ethical practice, and deepen your energetic skills.

  • Multidimensional Reiki Master Pathway (12-week program) — a comprehensive training that combines Master Practitioner and Teacher levels, preparing you to carry and teach this lineage with integrity.

Note on Pathway Flow: The Reiki Pathway, like the Self-Care Planning Pathway, follows a lineage-based model:

  • You begin with the Intro to Reiki for Self-Care class

  • You may continue into the Practitioner program to deepen your skills

  • You may then enter the Master Pathway if and when you are ready to hold space for others or teach

Crossover between the Reiki and Self-Care Planning Pathways is encouraged and supported.

Closing Invitation: Reiki is not something you do — it’s something you remember. Your body already knows how to heal. This pathway helps you reconnect with and use that knowledge.
