This new lineage of Reiki is being offered virtually over 10 weeks to allow you time to practice and integrate your new skills. Reiki gentle caring-healing practice that relaxes your body and mind allowing you to expand your awareness of your whole energetic self system. This brings relaxation, balance and healing., all within a trauma-informed Reiki framework that honors the nervous system and supports safe, embodied transformation.

We will be reading the Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield throughout the course and there will be a weekly homework practice assignments.
