Multi-Dimensional Reiki for Self Care Level 1& 2

This new lineage of Reiki is being offered virtually over 10 weeks to allow you time to practice and integrate your new skills. Reiki gentle caring-healing practice that relaxes your body and mind allowing you to expand your awareness of your whole energetic self system. This brings relaxation, balance and healing., all within a trauma-informed Reiki framework that honors the nervous system and supports safe, embodied transformation.

Textbook: The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield. There will be weekly homework practice assignments.
