Our Vision is to transform the culture of conflict and create a Culture of Care. If we want to transform something, then the first place to start is with us. That means all our volunteers, practitioners, teachers and Board of Directors must practice Radical Self Care. They must walk the walk to become Conscious Care Givers.
It also means that The Center itself, as an organization, must also practice Radical Self Care. As an organization in 2020, we will move through the same steps of the Radical Self Care Process that our individual community members move through, as we strive collectively to become A Consciously Caring Organization.
Within this culture of care and coaching, our leaders are expected to consciously hold space, give guidance, support and coach people to be their best self. People with the skills to be their best selves, create good relationships with others and their communities. They bring joy and fun to their lives and their workplaces, love learning and practicing new things and bring care and compassion to their overall work performance.
If you are desiring to transform your life or work, we have group Radical Self Care Coaching classes starting in February. We also offer individual Radical Self Care Coaching programs.
